About Nudity, Explicit Content,
and Sexual Expression on this Site

or sexual expression on our site, but users should be aware that in the
Video, Audio and Tex Chat and in the IM features of the site, they may
encounter this. These are pieces of the site in which users communicate

and thus users speech and expression (including sexual expression) is
free, and protected by our constitution. Members have already signed off
on the following disclaimer when they entered the site, but it will help
explain our policy about nudity and sexual expression on our site.

sexually explicit photos or videos are not allowed on profiles. In Video,
audio or text chat, and on IM, we do not prohibit sexual expression, as
it is protected expression,. However there are some guidelines.

As for our gallery of pictures, that we as owners of the site have

. As for user submitted pics in our gallery, again all are artistic
expressions of the male form. We allow nudity, but again, no sexual

are submitting their content according to their communities standards.
This user submitted content is screened for 2257 compliance as an

As for User profiles, profile videos, and pictures, again: this content
is submitted by users of the site who each have certified themselves
to be of age upon joining the site. All text, pictures and videos
are creations and artistic expressions of the users who have submitted
them. If nudity is involved, this is an artistic expression of the
male form, and no sexual expression, no erect penises, no ejaculation,
no masturbation, no gratuitous close-ups of genitals are permitted.
Nor are: scat, urine, underage, bestial, torturous, racially offensive,
mean, or unkind text, photos or videos. It’s the user in any
photo or video, and if there is anyone else in the photo or video,
that other person is an adult, and the member has proof of this (no
recordkeeping required though since this is user supplied content
and anyway it does not meet the definition of content needing record
keeping). I will not submit any material which is copyrighted by anyone
other than myself. This user submitted content is screened for 2257
compliance as an added gesture of good intent toward meeting 2257,
though the owners of the site are not the primary producers of this
content. We are really trying to comply. We as owners of the site
are going further than the restrictions the statute places.
